We are looking for a strong and independent all-rounder with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the flexibility to work within an international environment, including random hours, night shifts, and weekend work.
Tasks
Reporting to Operations Management, you will oversee the transportation requirements of our clients—from single transfers to large-scale events. Working closely with the team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and quality delivery globally.

- Creation of transport plans, including vehicle allocation, feasibility studies, and mitigation plans
- Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities for each project
- Ensuring client requirements and global service standards are fulfilled
- Managing client communication from initial offer to invoicing
- Overseeing daily ground transportation requirements
- Data entry and maintenance of master data and project management plans
Profile
- Work experience in transportation, events, tourism, or a related service sector
- Expert organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Passion for the service industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work random hours, including night shifts and weekends
- Language skills: excellent English is required; working knowledge of German is preferred but not essential; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to travel internationally
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and writing skills
